Activate
your Cyber LTE Service
Follow
these steps to activate your modem if we sent you a
self-install kit.
Do not
power up your combination modem / router until you have
activated your service. Failure to follow this directive
may result in your service being locked for up to 24 hours
before another activation can be attempted.
You
will need to provide the modem ID located on the back of your
unit as well as some personal identifying information.
Activations are typically processed between 9:00 am and 8:00
pm and usually only take a few minutes. However, on
occasion, depending on staffing availability, activations can
take up to 24 hours.
Once
the activation is complete you will receive a notification
that your modem is ready to go.
